Leipzig, 13. November 2024 – Appsfactory, one of Germany’s top 20 digital agencies, is excited to announce the acquisition of “Büro am Draht” agency. The Berlin based agency specialises in cloud architecture, Java and TypeScript development, AWS solutions, identity management and car configurators. Büro am Draht will continue to operate as an individual entity with the management remaining on board. The transaction was accompanied by the renowned M&A advisor Carlsquare.
